How long does my order take to ship?

Each of my products at Rosie Crochets is crafted by hand, which means that the time it takes to complete each piece can vary. Some items may require more intricate work, while others are simpler and quicker to create. On average, you can expect your order to be shipped out within two weeks. I’ll always reach out to you with a confirmation once your piece is ready to go, so you’re kept in the loop every step of the way. Your patience and support mean the world to me as I pour my heart into each creation!

Do you offer international shipping? 

I ship internationally for an extra cost depending on the distance. Being in NYC, international shipping can get complicated and prices may increase. If you have any questions or want a quote, just let me know!

What is your return policy? 

At Rosie Crochets, our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the unique nature of our handmade pieces. Please note that custom commissions cannot be returned. If you receive an order that is damaged or not what you ordered, we will gladly refund 50% of the purchase price. Your understanding helps us continue creating special, one-of-a-kind items that you’ll love!
